Flexible Remodeling Payment Options

Financing Options for Your Home Remodeling Project

A major renovation is an investment in how your home looks, functions and supports your family. A1 Turns LLC offers third-party financing options that may help qualified homeowners move forward with kitchen, bathroom, basement and whole-home remodeling projects while managing the cost over time.

Financing is subject to credit approval, available programs and lender terms.

Plan the Project and the Payment

A Remodeling Plan Should Work for Your Home and Your Finances

A1 Turns LLC helps homeowners evaluate the complete project before deciding how to pay for it. That includes the construction scope, material selections, estimated project cost, priorities and available financing options.

Financing may allow a qualified homeowner to complete a larger portion of a project at one time, select materials that better support the long-term plan or preserve cash for other priorities. It is still important to review the interest rate, fees, payment schedule, promotional period and total cost before accepting any loan.

Current Financing Program

Financing Available Through the GreenSky® Loan Program

A1 Turns LLC currently offers qualifying customers access to financing through the GreenSky® Loan Program.

The GreenSky Program is administered by GreenSky and connects customers with participating financial institutions that provide consumer loans for approved home-improvement purchases. GreenSky and GreenSky Servicing are not lenders. Credit decisions, available plans, rates, fees, credit limits and loan terms are determined by the participating program lender.

Depending on the program available at the time of application, customers may be presented with installment-payment options or promotional financing plans. The specific options available to one customer may differ from those offered to another customer.

Financing may be available for all or part of an approved project, depending on the customer's approved credit amount and applicable program terms.

How the Financing Process Works

From the first project conversation to material ordering and scheduling, here is what to expect when financing is part of the plan.

1

Step 1: Discuss the Project

Meet with A1 Turns LLC to discuss the rooms being remodeled, project goals, desired materials, expected scope and approximate investment.

2

Step 2: Receive a Project Estimate

A1 Turns LLC prepares an estimate or proposal based on the approved project direction and known existing conditions.

3

Step 3: Review Financing Availability

Customers interested in financing can access the current third-party application process provided by A1 Turns LLC.

4

Step 4: Apply Securely

The customer completes the application through the financing provider's secure system. A1 Turns LLC's normal contact form does not request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account numbers, credit-card numbers, income-verification documents, driver's-license numbers or financing-account numbers.

5

Step 5: Review the Offer

The participating lender determines approval and provides the applicant with the applicable credit limit, interest rate, payment terms, fees and disclosures. The customer should review the complete agreement before accepting the financing.

6

Step 6: Coordinate the Project

After financing approval, acceptance of the loan agreement and completion of the A1 Turns construction agreement, the project can move into material ordering and scheduling. Financing approval alone does not reserve a construction date. A signed construction agreement and any other required project conditions are still necessary.

Questions to Review Before Financing a Remodel

A promotional payment plan can be useful, but customers should not choose a plan based only on the advertised monthly payment. The interest structure, total repayment amount and consequences of missing a promotional payoff deadline matter as well.
